This is no fancy restarurant but if you want authentic
Chicago Style Vienna Beef Hot Dogs and Gyros, this is
the best! They also have burgers, sandwiches, ribs and
salads. But don't come here for a casual dinner...
COME HERE FOR THE DOGS AND GYROS! A real taste of
Chicago that some of you just wouldn't appreciate, but
those who do will love it.

| Buckhorn Exchange | Denver, CO | |

If you want an authentic, historical restaurant with
excellent game dishes, this is the place. The
atmosphere fits in with the cuisine. The game plates
are excellent with a variety of different offerings.
Although portions are on the small side, if you get
an appetizer (I like the alligator tail) and a desert
(gotta try the apple pie ala mode) its more than
enough to satisfy any appetite. This restaurant is
listed as a historical and posseses the first liquor
license issued in Colorado.

| Cliff Youngs | Denver, CO | |

The food is prepared elegantly with a taste to match.
Interesting appetizers including Buffalo Carppacio.
Atmosphere rates a 3 unless you request the Amethest
room where it jumps to a 5. Although Cliff Young no
longer owns this establishment, it has lost nothing
in his absence. Table side preparation of salads
and deserts makes the experience more enjoyable.
